  • Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate rates and services with carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as hours of service and weight restrictions.
  • Manage and analyze metrics related to on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and freight costs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Freight Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in freight management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, including TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
