Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pasty Baker to join our team at Uncle Glens Food House. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastry and baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastry and bread products to meet customer demand.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our product offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCII Bread and Pastry TESDA certificate an advantage.
• At least 6 months experience as a Pastry Baker or Pastry Staff.
• Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry making process.
• Good communication skills and an approachable personality.
