Creative Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative designer to drive the success of our ad campaigns.

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta campaigns (static & motion)
  • Create striking visuals for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Collaborate with growth and content teams to concept and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Key qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in design, ideally in performance or growth environments
  • A portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content (targeting B2B)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Bonus skills:

  • Motion design or animation experience
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)

As a creative designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including ad campaigns and social media visual identity. You will be responsible for designing high-quality creatives that meet our brand standards and drive business results.
