Implementation Specialist Lead

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Implementation Specialist to join our high-growth SaaS company at Kroll. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, educating and guiding customers on what's required for successful implementations, and overseeing the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

About the Role:
  • You'll have the opportunity to work with a passionate, proactive team who will support you to be successful as you grow professionally
  • You'll get to partner with Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to impress customers with implementations that typically take 3-6 months
  • You'll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the project from requirements, configuring, testing, training, and deployment
  • You'll need to configure the software based on the requirements gathered and create design alternatives, produce work estimates, and secure agreement on designs that satisfy customer requirements and reflect industry best practices
  • You'll test configuration and design to ensure minimum rework and UAT issues for the customer
  • You'll deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions, and update training materials as required
  • You'll transition customers to the Support and Customer Success teams following implementation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of prior experience in delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software
  • Experience with Visio and MS Office
  • Ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Be a self-starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction
