Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our global team as an IT Engineer. This role plays a crucial part in supporting employees worldwide, providing technical assistance, managing IT operations, and contributing to enterprise system improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customers' computer and application issues.
  • Manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved within established service level agreements.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation configuration and system access.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and improve vendor payment processes.
  • Adhere to internal policies for patch management and other critical IT procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects and help resolve complex issues with a Global First mindset.
Work Hours and Culture

The working hours for this role bridge the US and APAC time zones, allowing you to work flexibly and independently.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent IT engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in computer-related technical support.
  • Proficiency in end-user operating systems and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and Single Sign On platforms.
