About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead in managing the Profit & Loss, analyzing the businesses and drive growth for Cards and Payments by working with Marketing as well as various Sea Group and non-Sea Group partners
  • Facilitate the creation or improvement of processes to ensure effective control measures are in place

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or Banking-related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or product management in a Bank or E-wallet environment
  • Experience in data analytics is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to relocation to Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
