Property Collector Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented property collector to join our team in the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from tenants and ensuring prompt resolution of any payment issues.

  • Rent Collection: The selected candidate will initiate and follow up on payment reminders, ensuring tenants are aware of their payment due dates.
  • Communication: Engage with tenants via phone or messaging platforms to discuss payment issues, establish plans, and provide assistance when needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payments, plans, and communication logs in our property management system.
  • Dispute Resolution: Work collaboratively with tenants to resolve disputes or questions related to payments or leases.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding payments, collection efforts, and tenant interactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
