Visual Storyteller Position

This role focuses on leading creative production teams to develop high-quality visual assets and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Create captivating visual content including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media posts, and website materials.
  • Maintain the creative production process from inception to execution ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams along with external consultants to produce engaging visual assets.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative work to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Evaluate all creative outputs for consistency with brand identity and business goals across various marketing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflow and streamline collaboration within the creative team and with external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or Design.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools including ClickUp.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Prior knowledge of data analysis for interpreting campaign results, generating insights, and optimizing creative strategies is beneficial.
  • Creative skills for producing and editing photos and videos; knowledge of photo and video editing software is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and adaptability skills are necessary.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging social media content, email materials, blogs, and articles.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs are key qualifications.
