Job Description:

As a vital cog in our trading operations, you will be responsible for supporting prop trading businesses through trade data tracking, execution oversight, and administrative coordination. This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will be working with trade data, tracking live trade entries and exits, maintaining summary statistics per strategy and pair, and ensuring that EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.

Your tasks will also include creating and updating financial dashboards, delivering concise daily reports, and troubleshooting trade execution issues. Additionally, you will be required to participate in prop firm challenges, track status and payouts, and maintain login credentials securely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
