**Project Coordination and Compliance:**

Vena Energy requires a highly organized Project Construction and Safety Coordinator to manage and coordinate the construction of our solar projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with our quality management principles.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with quality management principles;
  • Manage and monitor site safety compliance through regular inspections and enforcement of safety protocols;
  • Review and implement contract changes, maintaining records of all changes and required approvals;
  • Ensure timely delivery of as-built drawings and operating manuals;
  • Mentor and develop junior staff;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:*

  • Must be a licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer;
  • More than 10 years of experience as Project Engineer or Project Manager;
  • Knowledgeable on construction QA/QC/HSSE and solar project construction;
  • Thorough understanding of construction-related permitting, QA/QC/HSSE plan;
  • Proficiency with construction monitoring tools and computer software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera);
  • Amenable to accept project-based employment and willing to be assigned either in Pangasinan or Ilocos Norte.
