Team Leader

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and address performance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, other departments, and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, proposing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, achieving business objectives, and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
