Job Overview

This role involves leveraging technical expertise to lead architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and drive innovation. As a key member of the engineering team, you will define and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with founders and product teams, and driving architecture alignment with business goals.

Technical Expertise
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.
  • Develop automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.
  • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments.
Security & Networking
  • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.
  • Contribute to enterprise-grade security discussions as the company scales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
