Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced CSR Finance Insurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling general inquiries, billing, claims, and other related calls for Property and Casualty insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding various insurance-related issues
- Provide accurate information and resolve client queries in a timely manner
- Process billing and claims according to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in handling Property & Casualty insurance in the BPO/Call Center environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
