Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in maintaining employee information, assisting with human resource management, and recommending new processes and analyses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Typically no relevant experience required; minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Human Resource experience or administrative support a plus
