Job Title: Senior Data Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Senior Data Specialist.

This position is responsible for managing and enriching customer and territory data across ERP and CRM platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for data integrity, and experience with CRM or BI tools.
  • They will lead with data and drive meaningful change in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to align data for acquisitions and territory assignments, maintaining sales hierarchy, and providing territory coverage analysis.

Additionally, they will assist with preparation of key reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, respond to data discrepancy inquiries, and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Business.
  • 2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • High level of organization and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
