Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager

Talino Venture Studios is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and key account management.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close high-value enterprise deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive long-term business value.
- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives, enhancing our market position and driving revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts, informing business decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account/Sales/Project Management, Business Development, or a similar position.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the Filipino market in North America.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, with a patient problem-solving approach.
