Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with business stakeholders to create, develop, and manage HR projects related to talent management, including attrition and training initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive employee engagement, retention, and development through strategic initiatives and positive internal branding.
  • Initiative Formulation: Develop and implement plans to improve retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Training and Development: Identify opportunities for professional and holistic development, organizing training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Career Counseling: Provide guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities.
  • Reward Strategy: Understand, communicate, and apply reward strategy to motivate and recognize employee contributions.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive, ethical work environment by applying employee relations and employment practices.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce and deliver standard and customized HR reports, leveraging data and business KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Disciplinary Processes: Manage disciplinary, grievance, and compliance processes, including investigations.
