As a key member of our team, you will establish effective frameworks and procedures to identify, manage, and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring financial and reputational protection for Cobden & Carter International. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in managing compliance and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, issue, and distribute regulatory updates from relevant authorities.
  • Track submission status of periodic regulatory reports from Business Units (BUs).
  • Act as DCORO in the absence of the Regulatory Compliance Head.
  • Prepare initial drafts of reports for senior committees.
  • Send reminders, monitor, and/or submit reports to relevant authorities.
  • Assist in issuing regulatory advisories to Business Units.
  • Follow up on compliance status for regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate communication with regulatory bodies as directed.
  • Assist with materials and meetings during examinations.
  • Maintain COs document database and ensure proper filing and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in banking, focusing on general or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Schedule: Day shift

Location: BGC, Taguig City
