Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our customers' projects.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will also be required to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch technical support to our customers via phone, email, or online chat
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Big Data, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and Bash
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
