We are looking for a sales expert who can navigate the complexities of the real estate market, build strong relationships with clients, and consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Sell residential and commercial properties, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and conduct property showings.
- Clients Support: Provide detailed information about features, prices, and market trends, advise clients on property values, financing options, and market conditions, and negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research, prepare property listings and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, online ads), and stay up to date with real estate trends, local market conditions, and legal regulations.
- Business Development: Build relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business, meet sales targets and deadlines as set by the company, and maintain accurate records of sales performance.
- Professional Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field, valid real estate license (as required by local regulations), and computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property laws, ability to work independently and as part of a team, highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and meet sales goals.
