About the role:

Customer Support Representatives play a vital role in ensuring every customer has an extraordinary experience. An advanced command of English is required.

You will...
  • Monitor customer concerns, identify trends, and drive calls
  • Work collaboratively with teams to remove customer obstacles
  • Guarantee exceptional customer experiences
  • Understand why customers wish to cancel and develop solutions to keep them satisfied
  • Identify opportunities to Upsell customers on additional products and services that save them money and resolve issues
  • Remain calm under pressure, establish strong rapport, and comfortably interact with various individuals
  • Show kindness at your core
  • Adeptly adapt to change
  • Excel in both Verbal and Written English Communication skills
  • Achieve multitasking proficiency and possess organizational aptitude
  • Possess experience with Zendesk, Hubspot or similar technology

We operate globally, paying $6/hour as a base salary with additional commission potential. Shifts are US timezone based, with work on weekends on a rotating basis.
