We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Quality Control Analyst to join our team at RD MANPOWER.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our debt collection team is complying with industry regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or above, preferably in finance, law, management or related majors. Candidates with more than one year of experience in debt collection, call center quality inspection, or related fields will be given priority consideration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting on-site inspections and recording checks to identify any violations by the debt collection team.
- Reviewing whether the workflow and operations of the collection team comply with industry regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Recording the quality inspection results and counting the types and quantities of non-conforming items.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with the laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements of the debt collection industry. Proficiency in using office software such as Excel, Word, etc. is also essential.
