
Customer Experience Director

MCI seeks a results-driven leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales growth.
As a seasoned professional in customer care, inbound/outbound, sales, or retention, you will lead a team of professionals and contribute to delivering high-quality services.
Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring the team, providing guidance and coaching, fostering a positive culture, establishing performance expectations, monitoring performance, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring a high standard of customer care.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and retention teams to set and achieve revenue targets, implementing sales strategies to drive outbound sales and upselling opportunities, developing and executing retention strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with other teams, and implementing best practices to improve service delivery.
Candidates for this position should possess excellent leadership and people management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
