Job Title:

Technical Lead for Scalable Engineering Solutions

You will join a collaborative team and play a critical role in developing robust engineering solutions to support advertiser compliance.

  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend infrastructure using Python (Flask)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize feature delivery and implement AI-driven workflows
  • Implementing asynchronous task management using Celery and integrating with Crew AI or similar tools
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while contributing to the growth of the team's skills and expertise

This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can thrive in a distributed environment, communicate effectively, and prioritize deliverables without compromising code quality.

As a seasoned professional, you have experience working in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results. You value collaboration, autonomy, and clear ownership, and you're able to work independently while syncing with the team lead and broader product team.

You're a focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and has the ability to unblock yourself or others without waiting for regular check-ins.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of full-stack experience with a strong background in backend development
  • Proficiency in Python (Flask) and React for building dynamic frontends
  • Experience with Celery and Crew AI or similar tools for asynchronous task management and AI orchestration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship
Benefits:

This role offers a fully remote position with contract-based employment. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate starting at $4,000-$5,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
