Job Summary

The Deburring Operator is a critical role in the aerospace and defense industry, responsible for refining the edges of parts to ensure perfection and safety. This position requires attention to detail, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure parts conform to blueprints and are burr-free
  • Inspect work and report discrepancies to the Team Leader
  • Log work orders to the PMS and maintain equipment in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet Turnaround Time (TAT) and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school education with technical training
  • At least two years of experience as a production operator in a machine environment
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent team skills
  • Strong commitment to quality work and safety
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work in a high-stress and high-demand environment. The employee must have good spatial recognition, good eyesight, good hand and eye coordination, and the energy to supervise all production activities.

Position Type

This is a full-time position, with regular long hours and frequent weekend work and overtime. No travel is expected with this position.
