Job Role Overview

Brand & Marketing Designer

This is a creative role that combines deep design expertise with ownership of marketing execution. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee how the brand is visually presented across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring visual harmony and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines for various platforms and formats.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color, imagery, and design elements across campaigns, events, and collateral.
  • Design visually compelling assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translate campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative work that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt creative content for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with product marketing to create visuals that articulate product value propositions and feature updates and go-to-market launches.
  • Support demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets.
  • Bring innovative design approaches that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand.
  • Advocate for user-centered and data-driven design decisions.
  • Explore new formats, motion graphics, and multimedia to keep creative assets innovative.
