Key Responsibilities

  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential
  • Able to maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
  • Strong command of the English language is crucial for success in this role
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is necessary for effective data entry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is essential for software navigation
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with customers
