You can engage with sales associates in stores or complete evaluations online from the comfort of your home.

  • Provide Honest Feedback:

You will be responsible for sharing your observations through questionnaires using our platform, providing valuable insights to help improve the customer experience.

About Your Qualifications:
  • Must be 22 years of age or older.
  • A good understanding of the automobile industry is required.
  • Passion for automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments is essential.
  • You should enjoy interacting with people and have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience.
  • Adaptability is key, as you may be required to work on varying assignment types and industries.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
