Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide L1 technical support for IT-related queries via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, log, track, and escalate tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and reset passwords, manage user access requests, and ensure security compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk (Hardware and Software). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory is also required. Additionally, you should have experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent. The ability to work in shifting schedules and willingness to work onsite are also essential.
