Job Title: Transformation Strategist

About the Role:

Governance & Policy Frameworks:
  1. Establish a centralized procurement policy framework to standardize processes across the organization.
  2. Streamline existing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Process Re-engineering:
  1. Design and implement process improvements to incorporate controls and optimize people, technology, and resources.
  2. Lead cost optimization initiatives through decentralization of spend to functions.
  3. Transform pseudo spend into standard spend categories.
  4. Transition function-PO to procurement to streamline processes.
  5. Identify and address process gaps to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring & Control:

Develop and drive accountability through performance dashboards showcasing JFC spend analysis, pseudo spend analysis, and non-compliance reports.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with function POCs to drive process transformation and foster a culture of excellence.

Project Scope:

Implement other activities related to procurement operations to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and transformation projects.
  3. Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and procedures.
  4. Technical expertise and management experience for successful project implementation.
  5. Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
