ZTE Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Collection Specialist Supervisor to join our Accounts Receivable team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work closely with our finance team, drive process improvements, and take ownership of AR operations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collection Strategy Development: Design and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead a team of collection specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions to streamline AR operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in AR, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
