Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team at John Clements Consultants, Inc. as a Performance Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership and direction for reporting as a critical practice within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business performance through data-driven decisions by analyzing complex material and providing insightful recommendations.

  • Assist Divisional Data & Analytics Leads and Group Leadership in delivering reporting services and initiatives that drive cost efficiency and increase service level performance.

  • Enforce service levels and ensure performance metrics are adhered to, utilizing project management methodology to monitor progress.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of reports and analysis, leveraging advanced communication skills.

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant reports and analysis using cutting-edge reporting methodologies and technology.

  • Implement program policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality reliable data is provided for management decision-making.

  • Build and develop a high-quality workforce with the knowledge, skill, and will to deliver excellent outcomes, attracting and retaining talent with expertise in various reporting and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in statistics, mathematics, or economics, complemented by at least 10 years' experience in a data, reporting, and analytics leadership role.

  • Deep technical knowledge in various reporting and analytics tools, including Database Management, SQL, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.

  • Proven track record of managing a team of 10+ and providing high-quality reliable data and management decision-making to stakeholders.

  • Advanced knowledge in business performance reporting, finance, HR, procurement marketing, and statistical analysis is a plus, along with hybrid setup flexibility (2x a week onsite).
