We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Expert for Beauty Products to join our team in ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in driving value creation to positively impact the gross margin (GM) of the category.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Business Unit, R&D, Business Operations, and Marketing to achieve the goal of driving value creation.
- Assist in overseeing the sourcing and operations of raw materials for the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippine market.
- Support innovation initiatives within the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippines, ensuring seamless delivery of new products and solutions.
- Work closely with business operations & portfolio procurement to support key business deliverables in terms of Quality, Service, Cost Savings, and cash.
You will also assist in managing key projects and innovation interfacing with the business group and business unit. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure all KPIs are well delivered.
