We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Coordinator to join our team at Genfinity Philippines, Inc. This role is critical in providing security services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in security/law enforcement/emergency dispatch, surveillance, and possess a love of technology. They should be proficient in relevant computer applications and have strong communication skills.
This position involves reviewing events that trigger our AI security systems on the perimeter of customer's homes, business and properties. If necessary, you will contact the threat via 2-way audio in the customer's perimeter, contact 911 emergency, or both to address the threat.
The core duty of this role is to provide internal feedback as an advocate for customers in the company, identify and escalate priority issues, build processes to identify and avoid repeat mistakes/issues.
The successful candidate will be able to work on various shifts and work overtime as needed, and be willing to work onsite in Makati, Metro Manila.
