We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Admin to join our team in BGC, Taguig.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance administration and hands-on experience in issuing official receipts and BIR 2307.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, credit memos, and payments
  • Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable ledgers and journals
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support, including email management, data entry, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Perform general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting
  • Issue and manage official receipts and handle BIR 2307 to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to design various processes and strategies to ensure achievement of departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  • Hands-on experience in issuing official receipts and BIR 2307
  • Familiarity with general accounting functions, journal entries, and month-end processes
  • Knowledge of vendor management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (3 Days On-Site & 2 Days WFH)
  • Able to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Available to start immediately
