The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving technical issues and service requests in a proactive and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing remote technical support via email and telephone, covering a range of topics.
- Investigating, escalating and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Attending onsite at client locations or other offices as required.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level technicians or specialists.
- Managing deadlines and commitments made with clients, team members and managers.
