About the Role

The Finance Associate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing financial strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze financial trends and data to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Assist in creating financial forecasts, including projections for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with departments to track and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Help prepare annual budgets and perform variance analysis to monitor and control expenditures.
  • Cost Management and Efficiency: Monitor and analyze departmental spending to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to budgets. Identify opportunities for cost-savings and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
  • Investment and Cash Flow Management: Support cash flow management and liquidity planning, advising on optimal fund allocation. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and performing financial due diligence.
  • Financial Reporting and Support: Contribute to the preparation of management reports focusing on financial performance and strategic insights. Provide data for financial reviews and support senior finance leadership in decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent field.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or taxation.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and working tax regulations in the Philippines.
  • High attention to detail and excited to learn new skills and tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), healthcare, insurance, or financial services industry, is a plus
