Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize production processes considering factors such as ingredients, equipment, and safety.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Continuously assess and improve process efficiency, yield, and resource utilization.
  • KPI Management: Develop, recommend, and execute corrective actions for KPIs that do not meet required standards.
  • Quality Control Collaboration: Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain stringent quality control measures.
  • Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure production processes adhere to food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and FDA regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Evaluate, select, recommend, and maintain production and packaging equipment suitable for food processing.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report deviations and machine breakdowns via job request and follow production guidelines and specifications.
  • 5S and SSOP Activities: Conduct and lead 5S and SSOP activities to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and ingredients inventory, ensuring adequate stock availability and reducing waste.
  • Procurement and Supplier Relations: Oversee the procurement of materials, maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Records and Reporting: Accomplish and complete records, monitoring log sheets, filing reports, and documentation as required.
  • Packaging and Equipment Setup: Oversee the packaging process, including the selection and setup of packaging equipment.
