Job Description

We're seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our social media channels, paid ads, and brand visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting creatives for Meta ad campaigns (static & motion)
  • Create standout visuals for social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the growth and content teams to concept and test new ideas quickly
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends to keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in performance or growth environments
  • A portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives and social content (targeting B2B)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Motion design or animation experience
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-agency environments or startup settings
