We are seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our team at REMOTE STAFF, INC. This role involves managing the government contributions program for remote contractors and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance monitoring.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage Contributions: Oversee the processing and tracking of government contributions for remote contractors.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports related to contractor contributions and monitor tax compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for tax-related processes.
- Future Support: Assist in tax filing, reporting, and monitoring as part of the role's expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledgeable in government compliances with the BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF for Self-Employed individuals / Professionals.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, and attention to details.
- Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to cope with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Suite.
- Preferred Metro Manila residents.
