Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operation Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for handling data management, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless workflow automation. Your primary focus will include:
- Data entry and cleaning
- Data validation
- Producing operational reports
- Providing technical support
- Workflow automation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess solid experience in data management using spreadsheets, such as Google Sheets or Excel. Additionally, you should have the ability to produce data visualization and reports, automate workflows using various tools, and support technical inquiries on web infrastructure. Familiarity with project management software, like Asana or Trello, is also essential. Furthermore, proficiency in Python programming language and Google Apps Script is highly desirable. Other required skills include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
