Job Title: Bookkeeper/AR/AP

A highly skilled and organized professional with expertise in accounting and financial management is required to maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with industry standards.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
  • Monitor and track business expenses to optimize budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks, including Online and Desktop versions.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
