Sr. Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Fullstack Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications. This individual will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure systems that meet key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and launch complex features aligned with business goals.
  • Drive architectural improvements for performance and developer efficiency.
  • BUILDING SCALABLE WEB APPLICATIONS AND BACKEND SERVICES
  • Develop frontend interfaces using React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Maintain and optimize backend systems using Node.js (Express or NestJS).
  • Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Manage databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Evaluate responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
  • Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.
  • Efficiently debug, monitor, and resolve production issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.

You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vite, or Next.js.
  • Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Confidence using version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment on platforms like AWS.
  • Understanding of secure coding and performance optimization.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
