About the Graphic Designer Role
We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-performing visual content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to design engaging images, thumbnails, banners, and social media posts that drive attention and traffic.

The role involves designing modern, strategic visual content for blogs, YouTube, eCommerce, social media, and digital products. You'll be responsible for creating cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets that look clean, modern, and built for conversion.

Your tasks will include:
  • Designing social media posts, banners, Pinterest pins, and short-form video overlays
  • Creating blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
  • Supporting our YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
  • Assisting in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)
  • Maintaining branded design templates and style consistency across platforms
  • Participating in creative meetings and executing fast-turnaround requests

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:1+ year of professional experience in design (or a strong portfolio)Fluent skills in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)A strong sense of layout, typography, and color balanceAbility to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelinesDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotelyResponsive on Telegram or email for daily updatesMinimum: 8GB RAM, i5 processor or M1 Mac equivalentCanva Pro or Adobe Suite access installedMobile phone used for check-ins, task updates, and file review; must be stable and interruption-free (home Wi-Fi or backup ready)
