About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at MC HOME DEPOT in Lancaster Imus, Cavite. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of our equipment and minimize downtime.
• Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks using various hand and power tools.
• Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Related degree from a technical college or relevant certifications.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, including hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Experience working with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₱45,000 - ₱65,000 per month

Working Hours: Full-time
