Customer Engagement Strategist Role

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue through targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns for multiple direct-to-consumer brands.

This involves developing comprehensive lifecycle campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging email and SMS marketing strategies to enhance customer interactions, loyalty, and revenue.
  • Manage data-driven segmentation, campaign creation, and automated workflows throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze post-send campaign performance, apply insights to optimize future campaigns, and maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms, preferably Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize effective lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills to create high-performing email/SMS creative content.
  • Familiarity with popup and list-building tools, such as Justuno, OptiMonk, or Privy.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills and clear communication.
