About the Opportunity

  • You will perform audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Receivable records.
  • You will collaborate with Collections teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • You will prepare and analyze reports related to suspension, termination, and/or Third-Party Collection processes.
  • You will review and provide feedback on Suspend and Write-off Reports.
  • You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • You will apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues.

About You

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experienced employees specializing in Finance – Collections/Accounts Receivable, General/Cost Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Work experience in a BPO industry is an advantage (Order to Cash, Customer Service, and similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must be willing to work on night shifts or based on business needs.
  • You must be willing to work in Taguig City; hybrid setup.
