The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the HSE of various contractors/consultants, supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of company OSH policies and programs, ensuring compliance with government health and safety regulations, facilitating OSH trainings for employees and management, and ensuring that all construction works comply with environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management.
- Coordinates and monitors the HSE of various contractors/consultants.
- Supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of company OSH policies and programs.
- Ensures compliance with government health and safety regulations.
- Facilitates OSH trainings for employees and management.
- Ensures the development/construction works are following environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste management.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in HSSE management/consultancy in utility scale projects.
- International experience is preferred.
- Equipped with OSH training is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and project management background.
