Operational Excellence Leader

The management trainee will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of operational programs and protocols within the assigned area. This includes:

• Implementing Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
• Optimizing day-to-day operations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services.
• Providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers in building strong client relationships and driving business engagement with institutional accounts.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
• Managing workforce planning, hiring, and orientation of new team members, as well as scheduling and shift management.
• Coordinating administrative tasks such as office organization, government permit acquisition, store reports preparation, and implementing store safety initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for effective collaboration with all levels of store operations.
• The ability to perform under pressure and opposition is crucial.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and extended hours is required.
• Ability to adapt to Camarines Sur location is necessary.
