As a member of the Branch Banking group, you will be at the forefront of providing personalized and quality service to clients. Your role will involve marketing and sales generation, administration, and control, with a focus on optimizing income and expenditures.

  • Assist the Area Head in determining market/business potential and formulating strategies for target attainment.
  • Maintain a proactive business stance to address threats and maximize strengths/opportunities in the face of industry competition and external factors.
  • Manage the branch's profitability by growing the business, optimizing income, and rationalizing expenditures.
  • Establish synergy with partner units/groups through collaborative efforts to achieve successful cross-sells.
  • Monitor and review actual performances versus targets based on MIS reports to determine achievement gaps and plan corrective actions with team members.
  • Develop the branch sales force through coaching, mentoring, strategizing, and monitoring to produce results-driven sales talents.
  • Identify and endorse customers for credit accommodations, waivers, and special approvals while adhering to bank guidelines to ensure accurate quotes, mitigate risks, and realize potential income.
